  • Your guests get to choose from fresh-cut romaine, baby spinach & field greens, homemade croutons, mandarin oranges, plump cranberries, red onion, strawberries, pecans, and cheddar & bleu cheese tossed with a choice of raspberry, classic caesar or balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

  • Your guests get to choose from penne or fettuccine noodles prepared in a sauté pan and topped with a choice of three sauces: alfredo, marinara or Mediterranean which also includes mushrooms, carrots, kalamata olives, artichokes, onion, zucchini & sun-dried tomatoes.

  • Toppings include: sour cream, scallions, fried onions, smoked bacon, grated cheese & butter (optional: add Cosmo glasses)

  • Chefs man sizzling woks stocked with fresh vegetables, chicken, beef, pork, & sauces ready to “stir up” your favorite Asian flavors.

    Consider adding egg rolls, pot stickers & crab Rangoon for additional per person cost.

  • Toppings include: crispy fried onions, crumbled bacon, scallions, focaccia croutons, seafood medley, and roasted yellow & red tomatoes

  • An array of distinctive BBQ sauces entices your guests to “paint” their plates with the flavor they choose. Their “canvas” is then enhanced with grilled chicken, pulled pork or beef brisket as well as coleslaw, mac & cheese or baked beans--an “artistic” approach to down-home comfort food.

  • Choose from a tempting display of Italian ingredients including sweet Italian sausage, pepperoni, prosciutto, marinated mushrooms, roasted red pepper, fresh basil, & arugula. These ingredients are placed on a wedge of focaccia bread and topped with fresh mozzarella that is melted with a hand torch by the station chef & finished with a homemade marinara sauce. Mangia!
